ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Next Day Dispatch), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on the website.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on select pincodes.
  • Ethnic9 reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS and/or email
  • Updates until your order is delivered

If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact our support team.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • Ethnic9 will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

UNDELIVERED / RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • failed delivery attempts
  • customer unavailability
  • refusal to accept the order

Re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled at our discretion.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the delivery
  • Contact us immediately with images or videos

We will investigate and assist you accordingly.
