To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our products, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized Products: Any garment tailored to your specific measurements or modified with services like fall and edging/hemming.

  • Accessories: For hygiene reasons, jewelry, hair accessories, and clutches are final sale.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales or under "Final Sale" offers.

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift vouchers are non-refundable.

3. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Initiating a return at Ethnic9 is simple and straightforward:

  2. Verification: Once your request is received, our team will review the details.

  3. Reverse Pickup: For domestic orders, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 business days. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.

  4. Quality Check: Once the item reaches the Ethnic9 warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our return standards.

  • Approval: Refunds are approved only after the returned product passes our quality check.
